The covenant promise that God gave to Abram and his descendants was for the ultimate purpose of benefiting those God placed around them. So it is in our lives. Many of us have experienced the incredibly lavish blessings of God, but we too often keep these blessings to ourselves. Following in the love of our Savior, we are called to share these lavish blessings with those in need around us, those who could be encouraged by them, those who need to be reminded of the blessing and providence of God in their lives.
