True North VBS | June 16 - 20 | 9a - 12p
Give kids, ages 3 (potty trained) - 5th grade a rock-solid foundation and point them to Jesus - our true north!
True North VBS will guide kids on an Alaskan adventure, pointing them toward Jesus - our True North. Peace Church will be transformed into an Alaskan adventure and tundra, where northern lights glow over majestic mountains, racing rivers, and glistening glaciers.
We can't wait to have YOU join us on this Alaskan adventure.
What to Expect
Each day at True North VBS, kids will be immersed into rotations that reinforce relevant Bible Points and encourage kids to learn more about trusting God in a wild world.
Kids will trek along an Alaskan adventure at Bible Adventures, Tundra Treats, Imagination Station, Glacier Games and Compass Closing, all while learning how to trust God in a wild world.
Bible Adventure
In Wild Bible Adventures, kids trek through powerful Bible stories that demonstrate how Jesus is their unmovable, unshakable friend forever.
Tundra Treats
Each day during True North VBS, Crews will take time to enjoy snacks, to give them fuel for the rest of their adventure through the Alaskan tundra and on their grand adventure.
Imagination Station
Imagination Station is the sciency spot for creativity, discovery, and surprising faith connections! This station is always a kid’s favorite. Each day will feature a hands-on experiment or take home project/craft.
Glacier Games
Glacier Games combines wild fun with meaningful learning about each day’s Bible Point! Featuring high energy games, kids are sure to have a mountain of fun at the Games station. Games include relay races, bubbles. water games, team challenges, and Alaskan themed fun!
Compass Closing
Compass Closing is the final station of each day at True North VBS. Kids will arrive back at the cabin in the mountains to end their day at True North VBS. Compass Closing will feature music, dancing, funny skits, and more, all while learning about trusting Jesus in a wild world.
True North VBS Daily Dress Up Schedule
As a reminder, please wear your VBS Shirt every day at True North VBS! The following schedule may change, but will be final after 3/15/2025.
Monday - Crazy Hat & Crazy Hair Day: Pick your craziest hat, or make your hair the craziest it's ever been to kick off our first day of True North VBS.
Tuesday - Neon Day: Neon day is the day to shine! Wear your boldest and loudest colors to True North VBS. If you get lost on our Alaskan adventure, we will surely find you!
Wednesday - Wacky Sock Day: We really mean wacky! The wackier, the better!
Thursday - Pajama Day: Wear your favorite pajamas to True North VBS!
Friday - True North Alaska Day: Dress to impress in your best flannel, plaid, lumberjack, and Alaskan wilderness clothes, ready for the end of an incredible adventure!

True North VBS is free and open to the community. Simply register today to attend!
Kids will receive a True North VBS t-shirt on the 1st day of VBS, and are encouraged to wear it throughout the week.

Sign Up to Serve as a Crew Leader to lead kids on an Alaskan adventure adventure, learn about Bible Adventures, have fun at Games, share Tundra Treats, let your imagination wander through the week at Imagination Station, and keep kids safe at True North VBS.
As a True North Crew Leader, you will receive a crew shirt.
You are required to attend Volunteer & Crew Leader Training - June 7 at 11:30a-1p. Please save this date in your calendar!
