Passage: John 8:30-38
In Christ’s death and resurrection we have been set free from sin, guilt and shame. But, that freedom is for a purpose, not our own selfish desires and ambitions, but to love those around us so they too can be set free in Christ Jesus. In a nation founded on the freedom of all humanity, how do we, as disciples of Jesus, use our freedom – both a citizens of this nation, and as forgiven and redeemed people – to love and set free others?
